How do I view a booking through disney?

Trying to look at details of my Disney booking through their website and for the life of me, can't figure out how to do it (there's a link in the booking email that takes me to the right place but not helpful if I can't access my emails at the time)
There's a log in / register bit but if I enter my details into the boxes, it's got no idea who I am even though I must have registered when I made a booking - think this is for something differrent anyway.

Is you booking through the Uk or US website. We have a boooking through the Uk website and use this page to view our booking.
All we need is our booking ref and our name.
