Country Inns & Suites does,but the way they make you sign up is kind of annoying.
You can't sign up when you book your room. You have to show up to sign up. So the later you check in, the farther down on the shuttle list you end up. If you want to get to the ship as early as you can,then you have to check in as early as you can.
Not sure how the other hotels do theirs,but I'm pretty sure almost every hotel near the port has shuttles
