We have been reading horseback riding is something different to do at wdw. Where can you ride? How long? Cost? Any age limit? Thanks! Trying to do something different

we did it last christmas The Tri-Circle-D Ranch, located at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground
Trail Rides - 45-60 minute guided trail rides through a wooded portion of the resort. Riders must be at least 9 years old and at least 48 inches in height. Rider weight limit is 250 pounds. Rider cost is $42 and reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance by calling 407-WDW-PLAY.

you need to go to the Fort Wilderness info sheet. all of the options, costs etc are there as well as a lot of other non-standard Disney activities.
