Hi everyone, I just wonder have anyone buy this packages before and how was it? I've emailed them for 3 times now starting from a month ago but still no reply yet.. I only got an automatic reply that was saying they received my email and will get back to me in 72 hours.. But now.. A month after.. Still no answer yet

I secured an ADR for CRT on my daughter bday in Oct, so now I'm thinking to add the package for the celebration as well... I've read in this forum but from a couple of years ago that they got the info in 4 pages PDF file. Just wonder why o why I haven't got it yet.
