Help needed for MBYBBQ

My family and I will be in the world Oct5-13th and was looking to book this on the 5th (fri). I could have sworn i seen some where that they expanded thier days in oct, but we just called to make our resi and was told only sat and thurs. So if any one can help with my situation that would be great.

1) They certainly might increase the days.
2) But, it is not done often.
3) They have to add more manpower.
4) The manpower is scheduled elsewhere when no BBQ shows.
