Have a FL temp disabled parking badge, where can it be used?

We have been issued a temp disabled parking pass, a couple of questions..

The tag is red, I thought they used to be blue - is this OK?

Secondly, besides the theme parks, what else can the pass be used for?

Our tag we had for this April's holiday was red too Kev, I think all temporary passes are.
We used it everywhere we parked the car, theme parks, malls, supermarkets - anywhere where we would have previously used our blue UK parking permit.
