Just to be clear for others, the Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace and Oogie Boogie Dessert Party packages are $89 pp. Plaza Inn is $60 for adults and $30 for children. The prices for Plaza and Tomorrowland are high at $89. The menu is blah to me but you are paying for the seating.
My mistake Plaza is 60. Still high when Magic Happens is $45. Sorry! Edited original post.Just to be clear for others, the Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace and Oogie Boogie Dessert Party packages are $89 pp. Plaza Inn is $60 for adults and $30 for children.
I think you made the right choice seating wise!!!I made reservations for plaza inn, does anyone know what the seating is like? If I recall correctly that Tomorrowland Terrace seating is not great.
Thanks for posting this!!! We just booked Tomorrowland Terrace for two times during our September trip. I had meant to keep checking our dining reservations since I need to get up at 3am for work anyways, but forgot the past few days. Luckily our dates were still available.Looks like Plaza Inn, Tomorrowland Terrace and OBB Dessert Party. You have to search by time rather than "dinner." Any worthwhile from those who have experienced them?
Yet all events will sell out in no time. Can you see projections from Tomorrowland? What about Zero?
This is all so confusing and stressful. Why do they have these packages with terrible seating? WDW manages to offer decent seating with their packages!
Probably not the projections but possibly some of Zero. The music is piped in though. You might be better off doing Plaza Inn and hoping to get good seating if you want projections/Zero or just staking out a spot in the hub. We used to stake out a spot, getting there about 6pm for a 9:25pm fireworks show but the problem with that is that you have to remain standing about an hour prior to the fireworks going off and the sidewalk in front of the castle is used as a walkway. Then it might all be for nothing if they cancel the fireworks 15 minutes prior to showtime due to wind. That is always a huge bummer. Can you see projections from Tomorrowland? What about Zero?

Ok, well, we will be able to see the projections on Thursday or Monday, so maybe we will just do that and do the TT for Friday for good fireworks viewing. Plaza Inn entree is only meat, weird they don't have a veg option. I don't eat 4 legged animals, so that meal is no good for me. Dessert sounds cute though!Probably not the projections but possibly some of Zero. The music is piped in though. We sacrifice seeing the projections for a seat at Tomorrowland Terrace with more room/less people and less waiting. The actual fireworks are seen very good there, but not ideal for a complete view of the entire show unfortunately.
My concern is also about precious party time but the rest of my group wanted to do it so we booked it. We did chat with people last weekend who said it was worth it and showed us some pictures. Having real seats at a table sounds great since that's our big draw to it. It seems fairly similar to the WOC dessert party. We booked OBB dessert party, but worried that will take up precious party time. Bonus is that the desserts listed are all ones I can eat which seems crazy unusual.
Might just cancel that one though.
I'm also a veg. I booked the magic happens parade package and they give you pasta with marina sauce. It wasn't very good. A much better deal if you eat meat.Ok, well, we will be able to see the projections on Thursday or Monday, so maybe we will just do that and do the TT for Friday for good fireworks viewing.
