Will be sailing on the Dream next month and will be bringing a pillowcase for character signatures to guest services. How late are they open on the day of embarkment or any day of sailing?
Also, can we change method of card on file for on board account that we stated we were using when I did online check in to another credit card or cash once we board?
 
I believe the Guest Services desk is staffed 24/7, just like the front desk at a resort.

Yes, you can change the CC or put down cash for your onboard account. They'll use up the cash first before accruing a balance to charge your CC. Also, you can change your online check-in information anytime up to 3 days prior to departure, so if you know now that you want to have a different CC you can do it yourself online.
