Guest Relations PI??

Has anyone ever done the Guest Relations PI??? I'm just wondering what this one intales on a day to day basis. I love jobs with guest interaction, but that one seems like it would be a little intimidating since this basically seems to be the meeting point for cranky guests...and all CP alums know that's not always the most fun way to start a day!

A Guest Relations day is usually:
1. giving out information
2. making dining reservations
3. giving out birthday/first visit/just married buttons
4. Selling/upgrading tickets

An extremely small part of the day would be dealing with guests who have larger issues than what I listed. You are trained how to handle almost anything and is a part of the role.
