Ground/hotel package--Med cruise

We're doing the Mediterranean cruise next May and purchased the hotel/ground transport option for a stay in Barcelona before and after the cruise. Our airline is already busy changing our flight times, so I'm wondering at what point will I be giving DCL our arrival and departure times? At online check-in (still quite a ways away)? Thanks.

Thanks. I did eventually find on the DCL website that you provide the flight info during online check-in.
