Grand Cayman Tendering Disembarkation Question

Hello,
Just a few more days to go before our cruise on Fantasy Western. We are trying to arrange for a private tour for Grand Cayman. The Fantasy western itinerary B unfortunately has a narrow tight window listed as 11;30 shore time with 4:45 all aboard.

If you are not taking an official Disney excursion, can anyone comment on how fast the tendering process is at Grand Cayman for the big ships? If you showed up to the theater at say 11:30 or 12:00, are there long waits?

Thanks in advance.

Last week on the Fantasy - it was maybe a 10 minute wait once we entered the line.

The tour companies know the drill, if you told them what ship you are on, they will monitor the flow and you will be fine.

Watch your time. We had a similar timeframe and we were late getting back on our DCL sponsored excursion. The ship was drifting around waiting for us. I don't think they wait if you book privately.

Here are the official Tender instructions from back in June

We have waited in the theater as much as 10 minutes or as little as not even sitting down.

Where we usually DO have a wait is on the tender while it is being loaded. Each holds a couple hundred people, and it takes some time to get all those bodies on the boat.
