Good view of ports from upper decks?

Hi! I keep reading that the aft rooms have great views of the ports when the ship is going into or leaving a port. If you're not in one of those rooms, is there a public spot on one of the upper decks where you can go if you want to see the port? TIA!

Pretty much anywhere on the upper decks that's a public area would be good.

I loved having breakfast sitting outside at the buffet while pulling into port.
