Going from Animal Kingdom to Ohanas

This is probably a dumb question. We are planning our park days and restaurants days.

If we were to be at Animal Kingdom, what would be the best way to get to Ohanas?

If it's not doable, then we will rearrange our schedule.

Simple- take a bus from Animal Kingdom directly to the Polynesian.

When you leave AK, instead of getting on the bus to your resort, take the bus to the Poly.
