Getting the mods' attention

Is there a trick to it? I've tried e-mail, PM, and posting on their visitor board (all politely, of course). They won't respond to me. I guess they're hoping that if they ignore me long enough I'll go away.

I have never gotten a response from them personally, that I can remember. But whenever I have tried to contact them, I'm sure lots of others have as well. They just handle the situation.

If this needs a personal reply, I have no clue how to get that.

I dunno. I tried it after I mistakenly received an infraction for a "major personal attack," but was always ignored or deleted. I just gave up.
