Get Your Sleep Everyone!!!!

Very interesting. I heard them mention this on Good Morning America but didn't get to see it. Something I noticed too, I sleep better when I weigh less and eat better.
 
I was going to post this same link this morning.....a friend e-mailed it to me at work yesterday. Last night I only got 6 hours....well, plus an hour nap on the couch mid-evening!
