Genie+ One person missing and can't book

Up this morning to book LL at Epcot. One person out of party shows "Missing Genie+ and must be purchased"
But we bought as package. Upgraded as package for everyone. Look at ticket and it says name basic ticket with Genie+
they aren't on a separate account either...

thoughts or help? TIA.
 
I would book what you can and go to guest services to have the ticket issue resolved as soon as you get to EP. Alternatively, you could re-purchase Genie+ for the one person, book LL and then go to guest services and ask for a refund when you get to the park.
 
i would probably purchase Genie+ using a credit card for the one person and try to get the refund later.

You should be able to get the refund from Disney and if you have trouble with that you could dispute the transaction with the credit card company.
