Up this morning to book LL at Epcot. One person out of party shows "Missing Genie+ and must be purchased"
But we bought as package. Upgraded as package for everyone. Look at ticket and it says name basic ticket with Genie+
they aren't on a separate account either...
I would book what you can and go to guest services to have the ticket issue resolved as soon as you get to EP. Alternatively, you could re-purchase Genie+ for the one person, book LL and then go to guest services and ask for a refund when you get to the park.
