Genie+ & adding a gues

My sister is meeting us for one day at the parks. We have Genie+ and she bought her own ticket with Genie+. Do we need to somehow add her to our app in order for us all to get the same Genie+ rides?

You can add her ticket to your app, and she can add yours to hers. It does make it easier to coordinate your genie+ selections. Tickets can be added to the app simply be scanning them off each other’s screens or manually typing in the number associated with the barcode.

Am I correct in thinking this can't be done until travel documents become available 4 days prior to arrival?

Yes. If you purchased through disney you won't receive your tix until 4 days prior. They show up in your app at the 4 day mark. If you have magic band that is when you link the tix to each magic band
