Gap pass at universal. Our son has 4 diagnosis: how hard is it to acquire pass

Our son has sensory processing disorder, anxiety, ADHD, developmental coordination delay. He looks physically normal. I'm worried it will be hard to acquire the pass for him. Should I bring documentation to prove he has these issues? He could have meltdowns within half hr of being in the park and need his first break or he may be OK for a few hours. It really just depends.

We will be going during the midweek in February.

As far as I know it's the same as at Disney. Tell them what he needs, not what diagnoses he has.
