I just planned a fantasy trip using the Disney website and my own family as the traveling group. That would be 2 adults, a 12 yo and a 6 yo.

Dates: August 14-21, 2008
Accommodations: 1 bedroom Boardwalk Inn Villas
Dining: Regular dining plan, not premium
Car: Midsize rental car
Flights: Non stop direct both ways from Hartford to MCO
Tickets: 8 day MYW with hopper, water park fun and more

Total: $7194.08

I created my fantasy trip to Walt Disney World as a 16th birthday trip for my DS. His dream hotel to stay at is the Grand Floridian so that's what I chose. We have annual passes, but I didn't use them for this trip. We live close enough to drive to DW so I didn't include airfare or a rental car since we don't need them.

The trip will be for me, DH, and DS (16th birthday trip)
Dates: November 8 - November 16, 2008
Resort: Grand Floridian theme park view
Tickets: 9 day Magic Your Way tickets with park hopper and water park funa nd more options
Dining Plan - Premium (includes Cirque du Soleil!!!!!!!)
Total cost = $9545.60
