What is considered fully vaccinated? If we have the first 2 doses, but chose not to receive the booster are we still considered vaccinated by Disney??

They don't need another dose as there is no vaccine requirementMy friend received his first dose of Pfizer 14 months ago. If he gets his second dose now will he be considered fully vaccinated or will he have to get 2 Doses?

For sailings departing from the United States and Puerto Rico, Disney Cruise Line no longer requires Guests to be vaccinated and tested for COVID-19. We highly recommend that all Guests become fully vaccinated before sailing and encourage unvaccinated Guests to take a COVID-19 test 2 days prior to their cruise. Maybe it depends on port of departure? What about the summer Alaskan cruises out of Vancouver ? We were told we have to show vaccine cards to board the Amtrack in Seattle going to Vancouver.
