Frozen shoulder and chriopractor-anyone?
Two years ago I had arthroscopic surgery on my right shoulder to correct "frozen shoulder". It was very successful, tho of course, as surgery, there was a recovery time. Now I am getting the same thing in my left shoulder and want to avoid surgery. Have heard that a chiropractor can help with this. Anyone done this or have an opinion? I've already been trying meds and know from the last time it won't help, nor did a cortizone shot.
