Frontierland opening time

When the MK opens at 9am (no EMH) does Frontierland still open an hour later then the rest of the park or will all the rides be open right at 9 also? Thank you

The entire park (except for Tom Sawyer Island and maybe an individual attraction or two... like CoP) opens at the posted opening time.
