I have a few of the Tide tablets (also some of the Dropps laundry capsules)left from when you could still buy them. Is there any way they can be used in the front loader HE machines? I would like to take a few on our next Disney trip, but I know the new machines at BCV are front loaders. Thanks.

Hmmm, I have a front loader and have used the Tide Stain tabs without any problems. I just throw one in with the clothes. If the Tide tabs are regular detergent for a top load, I would think there might be too much detergent? Can you break them in half?

I have also tried the Purex sheets and while they work ok, I notice that the front load washes all of the fabric softener out, so really, nothing is left for in the dryer. They seem to do fine in top loaders.

    :)
