Thanks RRBB for the Info on FE's. I had no clue what y'all were talking about.
There seems to be a lot of people from the west coast going on this cruise, I'm from Jax, FL, and glad the Wonder is going to make it's home over there, but I will miss it. The Wonder was my first cruise ship ever.
Anybody else from the Sunshine State? I will be at MNSSHP Friday, Oct. 2nd.
This is going to be the greatest cruise ever!!!!

I'm in Orlando I wish I could do MNSSHP but the cost is way too much for what we experienced last time we went so we are skipping the parties.

I comletly agree with you. I did the Xmas party one day, never again. It was not worth the money, and every year they raise prices and they never make it longer. I will put my money to better use like a second trip to 'Ohana or more I can try at Food and Wine.

Yep! Plus since I just got a job after being unemployed for 12.5 months and a $70 a week transportation bill to get to my new job, I really don't want to spend more then I need to!

Has anyone stayed in a Category 7 (Navigator's Vernadah) on the Wonder before? we stayed in an old Cat 6 room on the Magic in 2006 (now a 5c) and loved the verandah but the Navigator's is new to us and not sure what to expect size wise.

Also is Deck 5 loud with the Movie Theater and clubs there?

If you have not seen UP, you should definitely have it on your upcoming DVD list. It is a great Disney/Pixar movie. The ending is so moving, it may even bring tears to your eyes.

We were on vacation when it came out and I just didnt get around to it... when it comes out we will definitely see it. I heard it was kind of sad...we usually go and see all of the movies and missed this one.

This is our first Disney cruise, and I can't wait. We are American expats, currently living in Sydney, Australia. I will be celebrating my 35th birthday, and our son will turn 7.

I would love to make some new friends, and participate in the fun activities.

Glad to know there are lots of opportunities to grab the photographer's attention, I am a photo addict. When we get closer I'll probably ask you for suggestions of good places for getting pics taken too : )

I guess it's time for me to stop lurking and sign in as I am the one who started the debate on the main board about kids, school, and the Panama Canal.

For now, we are in, but I am still very concerned about the kids missing 11 days of school. That said, I am conservatively excited but I will not tell the kids until we make a final decision in the spring.

It will be
me, DH, DS12, DS11, DD9, DS6 and DS4 and two family friends travelling with us in 7119. Late dining by choice

Wow, you don't have time to read the thread for a day and you're five pages behind!
Welcome to all the newbies.
I love the idea of Steamboat Mickey pulling the Wonder through the PC. I might have to put some work in on that, if the OP doesn't mind.
I've enjoyed all the pictures and am going to have Carly and Joe look through the thread to help them gain more excitement.
I think I'm going to start collecting little FE gifts when I find someting cute. Then by the time the cruise rolls around I'll have a bunch of stuff already.
Can't wait for the web page, it will be a great way to get to know each other.
