Thanks to Disney I am now a bath and body product snob I only use H20+ products..

I read somewhere that requesting more toiletries costs extra? Is this true or no? It sounded kind of weird to me considering that they are usually complimentary, lol

Only if you stay on points via DVC. Otherwise, they're complimentary.

The AoA suites are a value resort - so - at least when I was there - they had the combo shampoo/conditioner (Blushing Orange). I miss the "aquatics" one they had.... I liked that scent better.

I DO buy these directly off the H20 website - I like the grapefruit one. Sea Marine I can leave - it's okay, but not my fav.

I bring shampoo/conditioner when staying at a value, though. Don't think the combo stuff is good enough for my dry/frizzy hair!

This was from CSR. We've had these the past two years. I'll be there in a few days and hoping for a change up.

I am also one of those people who ask for more.

I've never heard of being charged for extra toiletries. I would think they would need to disclose a price if that were true.

Okay, that makes more sense now because I think the page that I was looking at was for the Villas that DVC members use.
