Here the deal. This little family vacation started out as myself, DH and twin DS8 and DD8. DB and DSIL caught wind of this and decided to go as well, meeting us with their two daughters the last two days. THEN my other DB and his wife are MOVING to FLA next mth from Oregon and meeting us there a couple days for fun. THEN my Dad and his wife decided to go to FLA for the mth of FEB (lucky ducks) and wil drive up from Hollywood to see us as well. All tolled, the 12 of us will be in EPCOT 2/8/06. :grouphug: Now, I had been painstakingly planning waht was our "little" adventure for MONTHS and got ADR's at Le Cellier that day . I have been DYING to eat there since i discovered the foodporn thread :teeth: I called and changed what was our little ADR of four people to 12!!! They said they can do 3 tables of four but no guarantee we can be close to gether. Do think there is any chance?? I should mention we live in COlorado, so all of us havent been together for a while. Whew!! Sorry for long post but any info or tips would help!!

Your vacation sounds like fun! I wouldn't be too worried about it as they do try to sit people together when they can and honestly Le Cellier is quite small. Even if you aren't seated together the dining room is not large at all and you would still be able to see one another. Plus the tables are pretty close together. Have fun and enjoy! Le Cellier is one of our favorites! :)

If i recall theres a couple of places that you all would be able to sit together just fine.

we just ate there in October. There was a large table set for about 12 or so, it was right in the middle section as soon as you walked down the ramp. Enjoy! love the mushroom truffle filet!!

We've been twice with large parties (first time 13, second time 9) and they've managed to seat us all together. Obviously that's no guarantee, but they really do try their best.

We did a party of twelve for our wedding renewal ceremony at Le Cellier five years ago. We had the same arrangement - three tables of four. When we arrived, I was asked if I wanted the tables that way or if I wanted the tables pushed together. I had them pushed together. I'd make sure that everyone was there early enough. I told everyone the reservation was at 6:00 and it really was for 6:15.

Thanks for the replies! I'll cross my fingers and hope for thebest. I was planning on telling everyone the ADR was earlier then it really is in hopes of giving the restaurant enough time to accomodate us as well.
