Food & Wine and Dining Reservations

I have a question for Food & Wine veterans...

My trip in November was purposefully planned for the Food & Wine Festival. I am staying at the Beach Club so I can walk over.

Is there enough of a variety of foods to have something different everyday for 2 meals a day for 8 days?

I will only make ADRs for character breakfasts, must eat restaurants, and/or park convenience.

Last year I think there were 28 booths, and each one had 3-4 food items each. You should check the menus when they're available.

28 booths, 3-4 food items sounds DELIC! Do menus come out around July?
