Just a reminder to fellow budget minded souls: DON'T expect companies to follow through. I just checked with Old Navy and they had not sent my refund check due to a keying error. Now I have a check for over $50.00 in the mail .
I then followed up on a returned book, which had faulty binding. This was a textbook, so I should now have a credit for over $75.00 coming in the next few days.
That's over $100.00 in "found" money! AND I learned my lesson: Just because a company says they'll do it does not mean they will! It pays *hehehe* to follow up.
(Next on my list is Staples, as I don't think I've recieved my rebate from them, either.)
