There are several Hess's scattered about. Here are three: Off World Drive, just past the toll plaza for the Magic Kingdom. Across the street from Boardwalk, and across the street from Downtown Disney.

You cannot buy lotto anywhere on Dis property. Not even at the Hess stations by the BWI or DTD....I know because I tried in Oct and the clerks told me to go to 192 to get them

Any 7-11, Publix, Winn Dixie & I think even K-Mart close to WDW would sell the lotto tickets.

Good luck! I've been playing since the Florda lottery started & I've never won anything..........maybe a few dollars on scratch offs, but nothing on the Wed/Sat. big drawings...............
