First time doing a split stay (POP/CSR)

We're doing 9 days in June. First 4 nights at POP and then switching to CSR for the last 5 days. We were told that we could leave our luggage with Bell Services at POP and they would transfer it over to CSR sometime that day while we were at the parks. Is this true? If we were planning on being in the parks all day, we wouldn't be in any big hurry to get our luggage over at CSR. When they deliver it to the new hotel, do they leave it at Bell Services, or do they take it to your room, kind of like Magical Express? Just thinking about whether we need to come back to the room during the afternoon or earlier that evening to check in and get our luggage so we're not doing it at 11 p.m. or something.

We are doing the same thing next week. Staying at Boardwalk Villas for 4 nights then Old Key West for 6 nights. I read that bring our bags to Bell Services and they will deliver to the new resort. (Could take a few hours).Then when we check into the new resort we need to contact Bell Services there and they will deliver the luggage.
