We just returned from our trip 12/2/-12/6 and we saw a fight break out at the Candlelight Processional on 12/5 (Jim Caviezal) at 6:45 show. It was prior to show - was anyone else there and do you know what happened?

Maybe it was a couple dis'ers who had engaged here on the boards and accidently discovered who each other was ....

Probably women who each wanted the best seats closest to Jim Caviezel. :cloud9:

during the 12/2 show, a teen girl in the choir passed out in the risers during a song. the show went on and the girls band leader made his way up to her.

Yowza, looks like we missed all the excitement. We were there the night of 12/1 & 12/3. Nothing exciting like that.

Someone in te choir has passed out twice while we wre there. They handle it sooo fast you would hardley know.

How was JimCaviezel???

I saw the lines for Jim. It was massive! On 12/7, the line was really big for the 8:15 about 2 hours before.

We saw the 6:45 12/3 with Kirk Franklin. He was amazing!

Seems to happen frequently. During the 6:45 show on 11/28 a woman in the stage left choir struggled to get down from the risers mid-show, both of the percussionists on that side went up to assist her.

My friend was there and she said there was 2 gentlemen who were arguing over what I believe was a saved seat. I guess there may have been some chokeing going on and they were both escorted out. She said all she could think of was the poor grand-daughter whos memory is of her grandfather fighting with another man and having to leave.

Nothing says peace, love, and harmony quite like fisticuffs during the Candlelight Processional.

I was thinking that maybe one had an old Dixie Landings mug that he was using at the BC. The other had six in his room at Pop Century. But the kicker was the instigator who had told everyone that his four year old was only 2.

 Sounds like those fellows missed the point of goodwill towards ALL men

I was there- we were sitting in the second row that night, and we heard someone yelling behind us. We thought maybe someone had spotted Jim Caviezel, but when we turned to look- there was a huge crowd, and what looked to be a fight. It was behind us and about 7-8 rows. From what I saw, a small child was crying, and adults were "scuffling." The Disney security came after a few moments, and Disney employees told everyone to sit down. I don't know any other details- but everyone around me was pretty shocked that a fight would happen at the Candlelight Processional.
On a positive note, of all the narrators I have seen, Jim Caviezel was the best by far. His reading was very emotional and simply beautiful.

Sorry I miised the fight! I didn't get there til the 8:15 performance.

But I must say, in the nine years we have been attending the Candlelight, Jim Caviezal was the best narrator we have ever heard and we've heard some of the best. To be honest, I didn't know who he was until DW told me.

The lines for both "package" and public were the longest I have ever seen. Now I know why.

Perhaps, since Mr. Caviezal played the part of Christ in the movie, he has some sort of deeper understanding of the true meaning of Christmas. His genuinely emotional and reverent reading left me, once again, remembering the true meaning of my Christmas.

I know you probably will never see this, but "Thank you Mr. Caviezal, and Merry Christmas"...

SO true, Brian! Your post made me laugh out loud!

Maybe one of them ate the hot dog they dropped and the other said they like the new Stitch attraction.

Where is the  ? The country is truly in a sad state of affairs when grown men(or women) are fighting at a Candelight Procession in front of children.
