FedEx'ing a package to resort

Can someone explain how FedEx'ing a package to your resort works? I was wondering if it's any cheaper than paying the bag fees the airlines charge.

I think at some point, the bigger and heavier the package becomes it will be less cost effective to ship. You'd have to run the numbers. Check out the **Info: Shipping To Your Resort*** Sticky located here.
