20 min walk, 10 min of yard work today (arm stuff), so 30 min! I'm at 360/600!
 
2/16 45 min strength training
2/18 45 min run on the treadmill
2/19 74 min run outside (beautiful day)
2/20 53 min strength training and 60 min stationary bike
2/21 49 min run outside

After a good workout today, I am at 697/1000. I'll have to average 50.5 minutes per day for the next 6 days to reach my goal!
 
i am now at 750/720.
i should have aimed higher :goodvibes
i will keep going and set a higher goal for next month. :woohoo:
 
Just updated! I can't believe it is almost March! Everyone is looking GOOD!!!

My exercise is fine...just wish I could get food under control.......:confused3
