FE Group Meet

I am running the FE Group on my upcoming 4 night cruise on the Dream. I need some ideas on where to have a meet and great the afternoon we board. We have 34 adults 23 children. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

There are a few options. D-Lounge seems to be a popular indoor venue, although with dining changes being done in there it may or may not work. I've seen some suggestions of meeting near one of the pools.

We did our recent meet at the Vista Cafe, deck 4. We have also met up on deck 13, near the adult pool bar, but it's by the smoking area as well, and in the sun. I enjoyed the Vista Cafe, as it was indoors. From experience, the kids will probably disappear and it will be mostly adults at the meet.
