I love them all, honestly, but if I had to put them in order based on preference:

Rock N Roll Rollercoaster
Splash Mountain
Muppets 3D
Test Track
Magic Carpets (only because the line is usually huge-mongous and there are no FP's!)

just got back today.
if it was before...i would've said splash mountain, but after it stopping 2 out of the 3 times we rode it, i didn't really get the full effect.
so im gonna have to say ROCKIN' ROLLER COASTER or test track.

Splash Mountain. I just love the story and all the neat details of the ride. The adio animtronics are great. Just and all around great ride.
