Can I use a Fast Pass + after it's time window has expired? If it expires at 3:00pm, can I come at 3:40 and still use it? With the old paper ones a Cast Member could accept a paper FP if the time had already passed. Can the electronic system do that?

Most likely no. When we were there this past week, we saw a lot of people being turned away for arriving late....that being said, you may be able to change the time of the FP+ even after the window for using it is gone.

But, you can re-schedule it for later.

They stopped allowing you to use your paper fast pass after the expiration time a long time ago, in anticipation of the FP+ system.
