So we are cruising on the fantasy in may of this year with our almost 2 1/2 y/o, he will be 2 1/2 at our time of cruising. We aren't planning many excursions so that we can be flexible. So question is what on board activites are there that he can participate in and enjoy besides the pool? Any suggestions or tips? We have never cruised with him before however we have been on several Disney cruises..

He won't be able to enjoy the pools unless he's potty trained. No swim diapers. There is a spash area for those not potty trained yet.

There is lots to do. Everyday you will get " Navigator" a paper with all the activities of the day listed. Here is a link with some copies of old ones. The activities won't always be the same but it will give you and idea. Look at the family activities.

On one day under family time things listed are Toddler time, Wake up with Disney Jr. Paper air plane making.

Also the clubs will have "Open House" hours where you can go in as a family and enjoy the facilities and do a activity.

One of us played with our 18/mo old in Nemos reef while the other rode the Aquaduck with our 8 year old. She really enjoyed nemos reef.
