F&W Signature Dinners - impact on service?

i just realized we have an ADR at Flying Fish the same night they are offering a signature dinner. Should I switch this? Are they in a separate room with no impact on the main dining room? I've never been to FF, but I had the impression it was pretty small.

They hold the Signature Dinners in a relatively small alcove room towards the rear of restaurant. We ate their once when a special event was going on and it did not impact our service. We actually enjoyed watching the wait staff serving the special event items.

Flying Fish also regularly does their Chef's Tasting which is at a special area near the kitchen. While not as many as the signature event they're still pretty accustomed to such special events and you should still be in great hands for your dinner.
