Extra Magic Hours Anna & Elsa Advice sought

Hi everybody. As a still scarred veteran of the EPCOT Anna & Elsa extra magic hour hand-to-hand combat sprint, what is the setup for extra magic hours A&E meet & greet at MK? Any advice is greatly appreciated as we got shut out of fastpass+. Thank you.

They are open for EMH. At AM EMH it is a bit of a madhouse to get there, just like at a regular RD. SB waits will be 60-120 minutes very quickly after the park opens.

Ive heard park opening is a madhouse as are the hours following, however I've also heard later in the evening when the parades are going on, wait times have dropped substantially.

how early should one get to EMH so that you're not 100 spots back?
