This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the cross trainer.

I walked for about 70 minutes and did 40 minutes of weights, abs and stability ball exercises.
This morning it was Firm cardio sculpt blaster for me. Okay, WISHers, who's next?

got my 10,000 steps for the day
4 miles in 29 minutes! Plus some upper body weight tranining
I did a mile and a half on my threadmill in the evening.
I did two workouts on Wednesday, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 40 minutes) and Curves after work.
