This morning I did 35 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the stepper, 15 minutes on the cross trainer and 20 minutes swimming. Who's next???

WOO HOOOO!!! I did 4 miles for my marathon training! I am sticking to the plan. Now, I just hope it works! Next?

I went jogging this morning (brrrr it was cold, 40 in no. Cal), 4.1 miles in 40 minutes. Neeeeeeeeeext?

45 minutes on my lateral thigh trainer! (slow for added weight trainnig and as fast as I could for cardeo!)

I went to the gym and did recumbant bike, machine circuit, walk/jog (wog), and swam for a total of 90 minutes. Whew!
