This morning I did 45 minutes swimming.
I did the firm fat blasting cardio and I did adv. cardio blast
Sheree - we did the same work this morning! I did Firm BSS3 fat blasting cardio with Lisa Kay this morning too!

I walked for an hour and did 40 minutes of abs, weights and stability ball exercises.
Me! I walked 3 miles with DH!

i made it to my 10,000 steps for the day
One hour walk...have a magical day!
3 mile run
I got a mile and a half walk in at lunch time
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 41 minutes) and Curves after work.
