Have you ever been to the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall at Vineland avenue? If you walk straight through the parking garage there, you'll end up right outside The Commons, where most of the international CM's live. It's a gated community, so you wouldn't get to see inside.
Fun fact about this pond: It's tradition that when a CM finishes his/her program, they throw their working shoes into this pond.
If you turn left and walk for a couple of minutes you'll face a fenced off area directly after The Commons end, that's where Mickey's Retreat starts and it's an area for CM's and their families to hang out and relax. http://orlandoparksnews.blogspot.com/2010/04/hidden-disney-mickeys-retreat.html
If you continue down the road, you'll come to a cross, go right and you'll come to the entrance of Mickey's Retreat and to Chatham Square which is the living area for people on the College Program. If you continue strait forward in the crossing, you'll get to the newest living area called Patterson Court.
