Ever see anyone famous strolling the grounds of WDW parks?

saw wayne brady backstage at EPCOT once. we were there for magic music days and had to go backstage for an activity. he was just hanging out.

I rode Soarin' with Robin Williams. I was in the middle section in the last row and they kept the front row open. About 15 seconds before we were to board a group of suits and Robin Williams strolls up. Robin smiled and waved and then went onto the ride and the rest of us in the section followed to our rows.

On our honeymoon at WDW (2001). We were on the Backlot Tour at HS when the tram stopped and Robin Williams and family jumped in the seats behind us. After the tour, his wife asked me where the nearest washroom was. While I was showing her where it was, my family and her family talked while they waited for our return. Very down to earth and nice people. :goodvibes

Robin Williams seems to get around :lmao:.

I also saw Christopher Meloni (Law and Order - SVU) at the pool at AKV :).

Last month we had dinner at CG in the wine room and Chef Robert Irvine was at the table right next to us (the guy from Dinner: Impossible on the Food Network) seem pretty nice, but he was with several other people (including one very intoxicated irritating woman) The best part about the whole thing was after they left, the waiter watched them like a hawk to make sure they didn't see him check what kind of tip they left him. He tried to be so stealthy about it, I guess he forgot about the rest of us who could also see him looking at their bill :rolleyes1

FYI for anyone who does watch the show regularly -- YES his muscles really are that big, and yes he does wear tight tight t-shirts all the time

Nicolas Cage being escorted around at DCA. Saw Robin Williams here in L.A. at a comic book store. Very friendly guy.

Sadly I haven't seen anyone famous there, but I've heard/read lots of reports of people seeing Michael Jackson there. (So. Freaking. Jealous!!!!)

I saw O.J. Simpson and his family when I was a kid getting on the Jungle Cruise boat in front of ours at WDW.

A few years ago I was in the jewelry store in MK and was looking into one of the display cases with a lady and her daughter standing next to me. The little girl bumped into me and the mom had her apologize. I was looking into the display case and not really paying attention and told them it was fine. About that time a man stuck his head in the door and called out, "honey, I'm taking Jett back to the room. Are you guys coming?" I looked up and in shock said "that's John Travolta". The lady laughed and said, "yes, that's my husband", then called out for them to go ahead and they'd meet up later as she wasn't ready to go yet. I had been standing next to Kelly Preston and her daughter and hadn't even realized it. I was so embarrassed and apologized, but she was really nice and just made a joke out of it, saying not to worry about it and it was really her husband who was famous, not her.:rotfl:

Also once I was dining at Crystal Palace with some other DISers when we noticed Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) was sitting right across from us. He was with his family.

On another trip I was with some other DISers when one of them saw some football player. I'm not a football fan and don't remember his name, but she got really excited and said he played for the New England Patriots.

Oh wait a minute! I also saw Nick Lachey (Jessica Simpson's ex husband) a few years ago at Epcot. He wasn't strolling around though. He had a bunch of people around him and was there for some photo shoot. They had him and the camera crew completely blocked where no one could get close to them.

We rode Splash with Rosie O'Donnell but didn't see her. We did see Hulk Hogan at IOA walking with a small entourage.

We sat next to Larry The Cable Guy (Tow Mater from Cars) at Sharks Underwater Grill at Sea World.. ( 2 years ago on our first Florida Disney Trip.)

Does "Stacy" from the resort TV's "WDW Top 7," qualify? ;)

We saw a crew in front of Epcot's The Seas taping her for a new segment.

Saw Angela Landsbury at Grand Floridian lobby with "suits" --(this was after the making of Beauty and the Beast)

We saw Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, and their daughter Suri when we were getting on Peter Pan and they were getting off. It was pretty cool!

We've never seen anyone famous at WDW, but two summers ago at Disneyland we walked next to David Hasselhoff and a daughter of his on the way from the fireworks over to Fantasmic.

I had no idea that he was that tall.

TX

I swear we saw Hurly from Lost in MK on 11/14/10, but never got confirmation. He was back by Thunder Mountain for a while.

I was at DL in Tokyo back in 85 or 86 and met Bon Jovi and his band members. Pretty cool!!

I was at Miley's 16th birthday in DL 2 years ago, so I saw her then. Also I saw Demi Lovato getting off Indiana Jones in DL on the same night.

Oh, and Steve Carrell entering indiana jones through the exit with his family. he was so nice!
