EPCOT Guest Relations

Can anyone tell me if there is a Guest Relations in EPCOT at the entrance in World Showcase. We will be staying at the Dolphin, arriving on the Friendship Boat, and would like to buy our DDE card on our first morning. Or do we have to go over to the Guest Relations near the main entrance?

Technically the Ticket Booth at International Gateway is aso a Guest Relations Office. However, the new sales of the DDE at a GRO is brand new and may only be at the front of the park.

BTW, to buy a DDE you must be able to show either that you are a Resident of Florida or have an Annual Pass.

The only place to pick up a Disney Dining Experience card is at the Guest Relations window in front of EPCOT. Not the one in the park, the one near the bus entrance. If you have enough time before your trip, they can mail it to you. It typically takes about 2 weeks.

Also the DDE office isn't open weekends, so you must order it Monday through Friday. You can pick it up on the weekend, but it has to be ordered during the week.

This has Just changed and is no longer true. You can get your DDE card at the Guest relations at any location and at any time they are open.

They are printed on the same type Tickets as APs now.

Just before you get to the security check at the International Gateway, there are two small buildings - the one on the left is Guest Relations, the other the ticket window. We activated our APs here in August, and I would think with the new rules for DDE distribution, you could now get your DDE card there also. By the way, if you are AAA members, you can use your AAA card to get 20% off at the casual dining places at the Dolphin.

We spent 14 days at the Dolphin (two Trips) this year and had a great time. Have a most magical trip!!

Peg and Bob - thanks for confirming there is Guest Relations at the International Gateway, we have been through so many times, but have never needed Guest Relations, so never noticed if there was one there or not. We will be getting our Annual Passes there, so it should all work out great if they allow us to get the DDE card there as well.

Yes, we used our AAA card at the Dolphin in August, it's a great deal isn't it? This will be our 5th stay at the Dolphin, and we can't wait, we absolutely LOVE the place!
