I posted in another thread about staying so close to the minimums on my wedding and offered to e-mail my BEO to anyone who wanted it. Well, apparently there were more people who were curious than I thought and I've gotten rather a lot of requests - so I thought I'd save some time and just post it. So here's my final budget:

We had 21 guests and us for a total of 23 people.

    Floral

    Bridal bouquet - $300
Mickey crystals and sprays - 43
Refresh for MK photo shoot - $75
Small hand tied bouquet designed to match the bride's bouquet for tossing - $35
    Bridesmaid bouquets (doubled as centerpieces) - $140 x 4 = 420
    Sand ceremony - $25
    Swagging for ceremony - $60
Rose petals for scattering - $50
    Staged exit rose petals - $3 x 23 = 69
    17 white wooden chairs - $5 x 17 = $85
    Goblets for bridesmaid bouquets centerpieces - $5 x 3 = $15
    Swirls of ivy around centerpieces - $5 x 4 = 20
    3 clusters of 3 shotglass votives on all tables - $2.50 x 36 = $90
    Dusty rose organza linen overlays - $38 x 4 = $152
    Swag Guest overlays at 4 points - $16 x 3 = 48
Swag sweetheart table overlay at 3 points - $12
    White resort napkins ghost folded and tied ribbon - $2 x 25 = $50
White chocolate tea cup and saucer with mints tied with pink ribbon - $6.50 x 25 = 162.50

    SUBTOTAL $1,911.50
    FL TAX (6.5%) $124.25
    SUBTOTAL $2,035.75
    MOVE FEE $0.00
    SET FEE $0.00
    DELIVERY FEE $230.00
    FINAL TOTAL $2,265.75

    Pre-reception fruit display - $6.75 pp
Afternoon tea (soup, salad, sandwiches, scones, pastries, and English trifle) - $55 pp
    Mimosas - $7.50 pp
    Cake - $450

    BAR $157.50
    CATERING $1,873.15

We also had one outside vendor - Karla Fountain for photography so that was another 3k, but TOTALLY worth it! If you would like to see the photos from the wedding to see what we actually got for this amount you can see our pictures at www.karlafountain.com under "Brandy and Steven" and the password is "williams".

Thanks for posting this! I like to see what other people do because the wishlist doesn't include those "little" extras that are really essential to a wedding.

I am shocked. Your reception looked SO NICE and SO FANCY. I would have expected it to cost MUCH more than that. Great job and thanks for posting, I wish more people would share pricing, it sure would help a lot of us out:thumbsup2

Looking back, is there anything you would have skipped or added?

The reception was in the Whitehall Room & Patio at the Grand Floridian. And I would have skipped the cake (which I still think was way over priced at $450) and used the money towards a character instead, I think the memories would have been better than the cake. Oh well! It was still a perfect day! :thumbsup2
