Elf Island problem

Anyone have this problem??

I'm trying to change my name becuase the rejected the one I wanted. Everytime I try something else it says.. Oh No! and something about a problem has happened and elves are working hard to fix it.

anyone else run into this problem or know what to do? I have been on before but only as a guest

sounds like you should write them. I haven't heard of anyone having that problem.
