Early Entry for US?

Has it been confirmed whether or not onsite guests will get early entry when DA opens?

Also, any word on if Hogwarts Express and/or Gringotts will have express pass?

I am a TA and requested this information from the head of TA sales. He told me that the early entry benefit will be available in both parks once DA is open.
