Driving short cuts to 4-WDW parks from Sunset Lakes?

Ok work has been really slow this week, so I'm working on my WDW July 2010 vacation. We are staying off-site for the first time and will be at Sunset Lakes. Does anyone have any short cuts to the 4 WDW parks from there that they can share?

Sunset Lakes community in Kissimmee off the Funie Steed Road?

If it's that one take Secret Lake Drive to SR 192 (turn right onto 192), then get into the left travel lane (not the upcoming left turn lane that would take you onto Orange Lake Resort property), continue about a mile and a half and get into the left turn lane to go onto Black Lake Road. Follow Black Lake Road to its end (about a mile) and turn left onto Sherberth Road. Sherberth Road is about a mile long and takes you to the Animal Kingdom area of Disney. At the traffic light at the end of Sherberth get into the right turn lane and turn right onto Osceola Parkway. The left turn to AK is about a half mile from there. The left turn onto World Drive (to DHS, Epcot, MK) is about 2 miles from Sherberth Road.

Actually a much faster way would be to turn RIGHT out of Sunset Lakes and take it out to the 4 way stop sign at Formosa Gardens. Turn LEFT onto Formosa Gardens Blvd. At the stop light turn RIGHT onto 192. Get into LEFT turn lane and turn LEFT at next light, Sherberth Road. Follow that out to the light and turn right for WDW parks

Depending on traffic this should take about 7 minutes
