As a never-before-cruiser, I need some help. I'm thinking about booking for spring of 2014, & from what I understand, the earlier you book, the better the rates. I'd like to use Dreams Unlimited, but I can't see how to contact them without 'getting a quote'...and of course, if you're not booking in 2013 or earlier, I can't get ahold of them. I'd like to ask them some questions and have them ready to book on my behalf as soon as the dates are announced......How do I do this???
